At EDC powered by LGND, Insomniac hosts an exclusive NFT art gallery
Insomniac, the American super organiser of electronic music events around the globe has been around for nearly three decades. Know for their legendary productions with cutting edge technology in music, ultra-modern effects and innovative lighting, they boast a futuristic take on artist-fan culture. Their most celebrated Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas is set to welcome newcomers to the NFT playground this summer. A NFT gallery will be unveiled and backed by the artist-centric platform LGND which has been gaining momentum recently for connecting artists with their worldwide audience in the NFT realm.
Over the last two years, many artists have become some of music’s biggest trailblazers in the NFT landscape and transformed the digital fandom experience. Key players like Kings of Leon, Snoop Dogg, The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Steve Aoki and Grimes have dropped NFT collaborations. Joining the ever-growing list of artists who are revolutionizing the way in which fans interact with their favorite musicians is DJ and music producer Tiësto. He has long been an advocate and aficionado of fusing blockchain technology with his art and music.
DJ Tiësto hops on the blockchain bandwagon
Tiësto will be introducing the NFT venture called “EAGLE” which will be exhibited at the EDC gallery and sold through the LGND market page. Fans who buy this Genesis NFT via either of these platforms have been promised unique privileges. This includes early bird access to the NFT launch and a coveted chance to hear some of Tiësto’s tracks that have never been released to the public ears before. EDC concert goers can visit the gallery both on-site and digitally. The artist has been incorporating the insignia of the supreme bird into many of his works over the year. He views it as a manifestation of the new heights his career is about to take off in.
