According to online news sources, the Taiwanese tech start-up BaaSid is reportedly going to showcase the blockchain solutions in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022. The CES is an annual trade show which is going to be held in Las Vegas this year, from January 5 to 8, 2022. As per the announcement, the blockchain products and services will be showcased at TTA Pavilion, Booths 61423 and 61837 in Sands, Hall G, in the Eureka Park of the Las Vegas Convention Centre.
Unlike firms that focus on a single product or service, BaaSid offers several different products and services which leverage the security and power offered by blockchain technology. BaaSid’s portfolio includes NFT and gaming, cybersecurity, supply chain finance management, digital storage solutions, and others.
As part of its cybersecurity initiatives, the company has developed Pistis Decentralized Identifiers or Pistis DID. This identification technology provides an item or a person with a special identifier that can be verified cryptographically. Pistis DID enhances the reliability and accuracy of the identification system by adding another feature of behavior authentication. This BaaSid tech solution is compatible with the W3C standard, which is already being used by several companies.
Speaking on its NFT/GameFi adapter, the CEO of BaaSid, James Hung, said in an interview recently that NFTs have witnessed exponential growth in the past year. He added that the BaaSid’s NFT/GameFi had been developed even before this boom in NFT gaming activity took place. With this adapter, the company aims to provide the game developers with a one-stop solution.
