More than 5,000 visitors from various sectors converged at the festival. They were graced with insights from over 300 expert speakers who shared their knowledge across eight stages. Fábio Araújo, the Central Bank of Brazil’s director and the spearhead behind the Real Digital project, kickstarted discussions around Drex. He shared an invigorating perspective, stating, “In the future, individuals will have the capability to construct a multi-asset portfolio inclusive of government bonds. We’re actively working towards a financial market that will be much more inclusive than its current state.”

Cristiano Maschio, the CEO of fintech Qesh and a renowned specialist in payment technology, shed light on the game-changing potential of digital currency. He said, “Digital currency could be the beacon for those alienated from conventional banking services. Besides, the shift to digital money can make transactions swifter, more efficient, and secure.”
Fenasbac’s Director of Innovation, Rodrigoh Henriques, underlined the significance of the festival for stakeholders like the National Federation of Central Bank Servers. He highlighted the need to embrace transformative technologies like blockchain for the financial sector.
