PSG and Crypto.com have agreed to a multi-year sponsorship partnership. It has been a jam-packed summer for Paris Saint-Germain, who have signed deals with players and companies related to crypto. A new collaboration with Crypto.com announced on Thursday will further strengthen the legendary French franchise’s position in the cryptocurrency space.
The platform will make NFT tokens available.
On September 10th, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Crypto.com inked an exclusive multi-year agreement. As part of the different partnership, Crypto.com will make exclusive Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) available on the NFT platform(Crypto.com), the official blockchain platform of the Parisian club. Tokens CRO will be used as part of the sponsorship fee for the first time in an agreement of this scale.
The objectives of Crypto.com is to create brand visibility, stadium access and collectively developed non-fungible tokens. These goals were taken into account while making this partnership, along with creating an exciting experience for football fans.
The NFT Platform remains committed to investing in sports.
Crypto.com has been getting a lot of attention from sports sponsors lately. Besides becoming the official cryptocurrency sponsors of PSG, this company has also signed agreements with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Italy’s Lega Serie A, Formula 1 racing, and the IIHF Hockey World Championship. Partnering with a Formula One team and an NHL team for the first time made history for the company.
