A Russian crypto exchange named Latoken recently came under heavy fire by a Twitter account calling the exchange an elaborate scam. The Twitter account also said that the exchange has been lying about IEOs and have been lying to the investors too.
He said that the founders are also being fooled by these scammy IEOs. The Latoken Twitter page’s bio was changed to it being a SCAM platform. The disgruntled ex-employee said that the company treats all its employees very poorly and fires them for no reason.
The employee also posted a video of the Latoken CEO cursing an employee on a call. Trustpilot, a very popular website for knowing the work culture of a company, also showed a 2-star rating for the company out of 5.
Later on, the telegram group of Latoken notified everyone of the hack and how their security was compromised. They also told their customers that they are in talks with the Twitter support team and normalcy shall be resumed.
Many crypto YouTubers and exchanges have been a target for hacks by hackers. This means that the world of crypto will have to step up its security game and also be much more vigilant.
