Money20/20 Europe 2026 was held from 2 to 4 June at RAI Amsterdam. It is Europe’s largest fintech conference and expo, run by Informa, and covers payments, banking and, increasingly, digital assets.
Key details
- Dates: 2–4 June 2026
- Location: RAI Amsterdam, Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Organiser: Money20/20 (Informa)
- Official website: https://europe.money2020.com/
What happened
The organiser reports 7,500+ attendees from more than 105 countries, 2,300+ companies and over 450 speakers. New this year was the Intersection Stage, built around stablecoins, digital assets and tokenisation. The speaker list mixed bank and fintech chiefs such as Klarna’s Sebastian Siemiatkowski, BBVA’s Onur Genç and ABN AMRO’s Marguerite Bérard with crypto executives including Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi. On the first day, ClearBank Europe announced an agreement to provide banking infrastructure and safeguarding to Bybit EU, and MoneyGram announced its MGUSD stablecoin with an Amsterdam dateline.
Why it mattered
Money20/20 Europe is where Europe’s banks and payment firms show what they are building, so crypto deals announced there say a lot about how fast stablecoins and MiCA-licensed exchanges are moving into mainstream finance. The 2027 edition returns to RAI Amsterdam from 8 to 10 June.
