In the doggy Metaverse, Shiba Inu introduces real estate.

Doggy real estate in the form of houses for your virtual pet is now a reality in the doggy metaverse.

The SHIB token development team is developing a Shiba Inu metaverse with plenty of ideas and plots. Owing metaverse real estate is growing in popularity and this is evident with rising prices for parcels and other kinds of land. This land is located in other worlds like Sandbox and Decentraland.

Here is a look at the prices of floor parcels – 3.7 ETH in Sandbox or $11,600 and 4.9 ETH in Decentraland or $15,300. The Shiba Inu team has seen tremendous growth in this space and wants to be unleashed. The Shiba Inu took to their blog to announce that they would introduce their own version of the doggy metaverse, named Shibverse (real name later).

According to the blogpost, since the metaverse space is growing rapidly and there is a lot of interest from big and small companies, we are setting up shop. This space is going to be a huge resource to other communities in the crypto sphere to offer incentives, good content and not to forget, royalties.

The team is currently working on different ideas and working with design teams to decide what to do. It is also negotiating with builders to work on the project.

The team is also working on a streamlined queue system to prevent bots and other wars to make the process smooth and fair for the global community. The queue system needs interested parties to hold LEASH tokens so that users have exclusive access. LEASH is a native ShibaSwap DEX token. There are two other tokens – Doge Killer and Bone.
