The crypto market has been trading with mixed results with slight ups and downs. Bitcoin is keeping up its momentum. It has gained 2.37% in the last 24-hours and is changing hands at $43,170. BTC is rallying but it’s yet to be seen whether it will make it across resistance at $43,400 and then at the $45,000 mark.
The popular crypto has bounced multiple times, over the past two months, from its support and resistance lines. Analysts highlighted that the price is still down 11% year-to-date. Data shows that the total cryptocurrency market capitalization was unable to break the $2 trillion resistance level. It stands at $1.98 trillion.
Ethereum, following BTC price, has gained 3.12% in the last 24-hours. According to CoinMarketCap, Ether is trading at $3,052. Altcoins have also recorded gains. Cardano (ADA) is the biggest gainer as it has gained 14.18% in the last 24-hours. Ripple XRP, Terra LUNA, Solana, and Polkadot have seen highs of up to 6%. However, Avalanche is down by 0.21%. It is trading at $85.29. The popular meme coins Shiba Inu and Dogecoin are also in the green, gaining 4.81% and 11.69% respectively.
Meanwhile, Ethereum Classic (ETC) – an altcoin is up by 63.66% in the last seven days. Ethereum Classic’s price continues to hover close to a five-month high. ETC, in the past 10-days, has rallied from the support of $25. It has gained by almost $30 during that period. At the time of writing this article, ETC was trading at $44.04.
