Ozzy Osbourne Announces His Own NFT Collection

According to online news sources, famous English musician Ozzy Osbourne has reportedly announced that he will be launching his own non-fungible token (NFT) collection. This collected will be named ‘Cryptobatz’, and with this move, the musician will be making his first foray into the NFT space. As per the announcement, the NFT collection, which will consist of 9,666 one-of-a-kind non-fungible tokens, will be launched in January 2022. The bats in the collection represent the moment from a 1982 Ozzy Osbourne performance in Des Moines, Iowa, in which he bit off a bat’s head.

The NFT collection has reportedly been created by the singer himself. The NFTs will be equipped with a unique and innovative feature that has not been tried anywhere in the world yet. As per the official announcement, once a person purchases a Cryptobat NFT, they will have the option to birth a new NFT. This can be done by activating the ‘bite’ feature. After this feature is enabled, the purchased NFT will mutate with another non-fungible token from their digital wallet. Through this unique feature, called ‘MutantBatz’, the users will be able to combine the features of two different projects. The MutantBatz offering will be a rare collectible for the NFT enthusiast. It has been found that projects like SupDucks, Ape Yatch Club, and Cryptotoads have already partnered with CryptoBatz for this project.

The CryptoBatz NFT is going for pre-sale through the discord channel having the same name – CryptoBatz. There will also be pre-sale whitelist passes for a guaranteed 2,500 CryptoBats NFTs, which will also be offered through the same channel.
