PopCom partners with Knxtti to release NFT collection.

Ever since it showed up on the scene, PopCom is continuously reinventing the retail sector. It first attempted to do so via its Pop-up Digital Shops. The company has sold everything from high heels to evening tea.

So it does not come as a surprise that PopCom has decided to launch its own collection of NFTs. The digital retail company is collaborating with Knxtti on this project. To add to the fun, these NFTs will be available over vending machines, designed specifically for these Non-fungible tokens.

PopCom’s New NFT Collection

The new collaborative NFT series by PopCom and Knxtti is called The Nyers. PopCom’s debut NFTs aim to celebrate the famous personalities that emerged from the city of New York. Some of these famous people include – rapper and producer Jay-Z, the legendary boxer Mike Tyson, actor and comedian Whoopi Goldberg and the former president of the US Donald Trump. The collection is also the first to be available on physical vending machines.

On June 20th this year at the NFT.NYC, PopShop will release its collection of 10 limited edition tokens. Each token is worth $500 dollars. Ten lucky buyers will get to own these rare NFTs. On top of that, buyers will receive some extra perks after purchasing the NFT.

Wondering how a wending machine will dispense tokens? It is simple. After you pay for the token of your choice, the vending machine will print a high-quality physical copy of the PopCom token. Next, the buyer can scan a QR code flashed on the vending machine to access their token digitally.
