Samsung’s 2022 SmartTVs To Support Browsing, Purchasing Off NFT Art

Samsung in its 2022 smart TV lineup will have built-in support for browsing, purchasing and showing off NFT art. This will be the world’s first TV screen-based NFT explorer and marketplace aggregator.

An official statement said the NFT Aggregation Platform will allow interested buyers to glimpse NFTs that are available for purchase. Concurrently, they can also learn the history of the NFTs, who created it and why, as well as about its blockchain metadata.

Samsung has recognized the interest and demand surrounding NFTs and as such, is working for a solution to its fragmented viewing and purchasing landscape. The electronics giant plans to introduce the world’s first TV screen-based NFT explorer and marketplace aggregator in 2022.

There is no doubt that it will be a groundbreaking platform that will allow users to browse, purchase and display their favorite art. This will be done in one place – Samsung smart TV.

Samsung has taken the needs of the NFT customer, market into consideration to develop the latest products. The statement says that Samsung has used its Smart Calibration technology. With this, the marketplace is designed to innately adjust the display settings on the television to copy the creator’s preset values. This will ensure that the dignified Ape art looks uniformly sparkling in anyone’s living room.

The Korean company will give more details about its new product in the next couple of weeks. There will be three such TV – MicroLed, Neo QLED and The Frame models – NFT-friendly, for 2022.
