The Web3 platform blends Circle’s payment technology with a social commerce app.

Our Happy Company is an infrastructure platform in the web3 space. It was founded in 2018 by John Legend, a well-known icon in the music world, in partnership with several Silicon Valley tech entrepreneurs.

The company recently announced its very first product, Our Song. This product is a social and commerce application for phones and is designed to help digital creators of content to monetize their creations. It allows creators to cultivate communities using NFTs. Our Song will use the Circle payment infrastructure which has already been set up to drive demand, especially in the economy for creators.

Chris Lin, who is the CEO made the following statement in a press release. It is the company’s intention to make NFTs democratic and accessible to the masses. It starts by addressing the biggest challenge faced by brand-new users – how to get around a complicated process and to be able to buy the very first digital collectible.

The platform is built on ETH based standard ERC 1155. This is a multi-token standard in which the marketplace makes it easy to buy, trade and even exchange NFT cards called Vibes. These activities can be carried out using a digital asset native to OurSong. The OurSong dollar can be used to buy any number of NFTs listed with the marketplace. There is no need for traditional payment methods like credit or debit cards.

The user interface is similar to TikTok and other social platforms. The platform has many curated topics based on a user’s preference.
