According to online news sources, the global leader blockchain technology, tZERO, has reportedly announced that it has added three new digital assets to the cryptocurrency portfolio. These three digital assets consist of Enjin Coin (ENJ), Polygon (MATIC), and Maker (MKR). With these additions, the cryptocurrency offerings of the company have increased to 18. This represents a three-fold increase in the number of cryptocurrencies that were supported by the platform in December last year. The tZERO Crypto app, which was launched in 2019, allows investors to buy, sell and hold a wide variety of crypto coins. With the addition of MATIC, MKR, and ENJ, the 18 coins offered in the tZERO app are –

· Stellar Lumen (XLM)
· Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
· Polygon (MATIC): This is an ERC-20 token that powers Polygon. This token fulfills the dual purpose of paying transaction fees and securing the network through staking.
· Enjin (ENJ): This crypto backs the value of NFTs and next-generation fungibles.
· Maker (MKR): This is also an ERC-20 token created by MakerDAO.
The Chief Legal Officer and Interim CEO of tZERO, Alan Konevsky, gave an interview after the announcement. During the interview, he stated that the company has further plans after increasing the number of coins on its tZERO Crypto application. He said that the company aims to offer its users UX-first cross-asset experience. He added that the company would continue to increase the range of compliant and attractive assets and other such products in the upcoming year.
