Data that was shared by CoinSwitch, a crypto exchange, showed that between January of 2021 and 2022, there was almost a 500% spike. This was when it came to the number women who registered in the user base.
Bitay is another crypto exchange that saw more women investing, going so far as to call it a trend that is constant. They also added that the number of women Investors were more in cities like Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, as well as Mumbai.
WazirX also found that the number of women investing has increased this year compared to the last. Their end report for 2021 showed that women favored Bitcoin while men opted for Shiba Inu.
